Include the page URL, the exact statement, why it is incorrect, and the strongest available original source. A screenshot of another biography site is not enough when a primary source exists. The people profile library shows how disputed biography details are labeled, while the culture guide collection shows how interpretations are separated from documented facts.

What happens next

We assess the source, update clear errors, and add a dated note when a correction materially changes the reader's understanding. Spelling and formatting fixes may be made without a note.
